HTM electronics proximity sensors are guaranteed under the following LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Proximity sensors are guaranteed to be free of defects in terms of product materials and workmanship that are sold for their normal and intended use by HTM electronics or an authorized HTM electronics distributor.

In the event of a product failure, return the product freight pre-paid, and HTM electronics will determine the cause of failure. If the product is found to be defective in terms of operation to the published specifications, HTM electronics will repair or replace such items free of charge.

Defective products must be returned freight pre-paid, and include the mandatory RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting the technical department. HTM electronics will deliver the new parts pre-paid.

This warranty applies only if, in the judgment of the HTM technical department, the returned products are free of defects or damage due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, alteration, or operation on a power supply for which the product is not intended.

If a claim is made on this warranty, and the parts are no longer supplied by HTM electronics, then a repayment of the original amount will be paid, but reduced by 10% per year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to parts sold after the year 2006.

The available remedy of defects under this warranty is for the repair or replacement of the original product, and HTM electronics is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of wages, loss of time, loss of sales, accruement of debts or expenses, injury to personal property, or injury to any person or any other type of damage or loss.

This warranty cannot be changed, assumed, or amended by any other person or agreement.
