If you are not satisfied with your order, contact Technical Support at  800-644-1756, or e-mail support@htmsensors.com.
 
Technical Support will issue a Returned Material Authorization # (RMA).  Send the parts back to us freight pre-paid, and we will inspect the parts for conformity to technical specifications.  If the part is non-compliant to quality standards, a new part will be sent to you freight pre-paid, and we will credit you for the original shipping charges.

If the part conforms to quality standards, the parts will either be returned to you freight collect, or destroyed, or a re-stocking fee may apply for not needed parts.

Parts can be exchanged within 30 days of order shipment for no charge.  Orders can only be cancelled before an order has shipped, or before custom or non-stocked parts are scheduled for production.  Contact Technical Support for specific information about your order, it is our priority to get you the parts you need!
 
All returned items must have an RMA# from Technical Support.
